What we collect

• Enquiry and quote details. When you use our contact, quote, finance, insurance or spray-enquiry forms we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, suburb, the product you asked about, the finance or insurance amount where you give one, and whatever you write in your message.
• Order details. When you buy from us we collect your name, contact details, delivery address and the items you ordered, so we can fulfil and support the sale.
• Service and warranty records. Equipment serial numbers, fault descriptions and claim history, kept so we can support your gear over its working life.
• Payment confirmation only. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own systems. Your card number never touches our servers and we never see or store it; we only receive confirmation that payment succeeded.

Why we collect it

We use your information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, process and deliver orders, register and manage manufacturer warranties, provide servicing, and meet our tax and consumer law record-keeping obligations. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Order and enquiry records are held in our website's database, and correspondence is delivered through our email provider. Access is limited to AGX staff who need it to serve you. We share information only where the job requires it: your name, address and phone number go to the carrier delivering your order; serial numbers and contact details go to DJI or FJ Dynamics when lodging a warranty claim; your enquiry details go to our finance or insurance partner when, and only when, you have asked us to arrange finance or cover; and we disclose information where the law requires it.

We never sell your data. Some of our service providers (such as our payment and email providers) may store data on servers located outside Australia; we use reputable providers with their own privacy safeguards.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@agxdrone.com.au or call 1300 916 075 and we will respond within a reasonable time. Note that we must keep some transaction records for the periods required by Australian tax law, even after a deletion request.
