Specifications and fitment
The operator certificate that lets you spray for money. A RePL licenses the pilot; a Remote Operator Certificate (ReOC) licenses the business. If you are charging anyone to spray, spread or map with a drone, CASA requires a ReOC with aerial application on it, and most states also want it before they issue a chemical licence.
