Why drone operators run a batching station

A spray drone's real bottleneck is on the ground: while your T100 or T50 empties its tank in two to three minutes of flying, the operation only moves as fast as your refills. With a SCUD on the trailer, the next batch is agitating in a closed system while the drone is still in the air, land, fill, launch, repeat. The 800 fills a 6,000 L sprayer in under 10 minutes, with the largest batching capacity in the range, built for contract operations running big days and multiple aircraft.

The 800 is contractor scale, ten T100 refills or twenty T50 refills from a single batch. If you're running two or more aircraft on 100+ ha days, this is the tank that keeps every drone in the air at once.

Built for safe, clean chemical work

• Closed-system mixing: 3-way ball valves on inlet and outlet let the SCUD self-fill, mix thoroughly, and discharge without exposure; it keeps mixing the next batch while you're spraying
• 20 L drum rinser built in: triple-rinses drums from 1–20 L, with the rinse water transferred into your sprayer: no wasted chemical, no contaminated ground
• Adjustable waterfold granule mixer: big granule capacity with a 3-way agitator tap; set flow to the bottom jet to control foaming products
• IBC induction: connect 1,000 L shuttles through the tee-port tap and induct chemical at up to 300 L/min
• Safety you can show an inspector: all handling is internal, eliminating spill and splash exposure for your crew. Your state chemical licence conditions cover handling as well as application, a closed system makes compliance visible

The drone trailer workflow

Skid-mounted means it rides on the same trailer as the drone, generator and water tank. A typical cycle in the field: drone lands as the SCUD finishes the next batch → swap battery (9–12 minutes on charge) → pump the fresh mix straight into the drone tank → launch. The mixer's transfer pump does the lifting, so one operator keeps a drone cycling all day without hand-pouring a single drum.

Go fully closed-loop with the SCUD Pump Kit

Add the optional SCUD Pump Kit and micro-matic fittings to run envirodrums, 110 L reusable drums and 1,000 L shuttles that transfer and measure chemical in a completely closed system, eliminating fumes and splash. Each drum reuses up to seven times, keeping packaging out of landfill.
